An Owner’s Representative works closely with the owner in three main areas -- Quality, Costs and Time. An Owner’s Rep oversees the architect to make sure the project is not over designed and the design meets the owner’s objectives. An Owner’s Rep works with the contractor to make sure the project has the right team, to make sure that their pricing is complete and their schedules are realistic.
