Services
BTG represents the owner's interest throughout the
entire project. Services commence at the pre-development phase
and continue until construction is completed. With this form of
management, our client's role is to focus on their vision and
business objectives, while BTG advises on, executes and manages
all project components according to the owner's objectives and
design intent.
When a construction manager is
needed, BTG acts as company
agent in working with the owner and design team to formulate a complete set of construction
documents for bidding and managing the owner's objectives and
design intent from the pre-construction phase, including:
